The Florida Department of Health in Marion County leads Marion County’s Overdose Data to Action program (OD2A). The grant-funded initiative (funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through the Florida Department of Health) operates in partnership with Ocala Fire Rescue and the Marion County Children's Alliance. Through the grant, staff use data from overdoses to target interventions to reduce the number of overdoses, connect individuals who misuse substances to treatment, start individuals on the path to recovery and save lives. Recovery is possible, and OD2A is here to help.
Do you or does a loved one suffer from substance abuse? Call 352-266-4769 to talk with someone today and get connected to help.
