Dr. Armstrong kicked off National Public Health Week Monday at the Florida Department of Health in Marion County, speaking to community leaders and leading health department employees on the worksite wellness walk. Employee walking groups use park trails during the lunch hour and after work, part of the health department’s wellness program that encourages healthy eating and active lifestyles.
